Jeremy bring extensive philanthropic experience and is also Co-Founder and CEO of DDD. He was previously a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and as an international nonprofit consultant. He graduated from Harvard with a BA in economics and earned an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. With a focus on social impact, Jeremy understands the needs of the underserved military spouse and veteran communities and strives to make a difference.
For its business success and remarkable social impact, DDD and Jeremy have been recognized with the prestigious Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship as well as awards from the World Bank Development Marketplace, the IFC Grassroots Business Initiative and the Global Knowledge Partnership.
Among other media acclaim, Jeremy and DDD were profiled in Thomas Friedman’s The World is Flat as his “favorite example” of a social entrepreneur’s initiative.
Sameer is responsible for the growth of Liberty Source and focuses on strategy, sales, and marketing. He has over 20 years of international experience in executive leadership roles with technology and BPO companies. He has also been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures as a seed investor and business development advisor. With an affinity for the Military Spouse and Veteran community, Sameer is focused on delivering real results in a socially responsible way.
Sameer has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila.
Chief Operating Officer
Robert is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience managing large-scale operations, from call centers to account servicing enterprises. He has a strong background in operations management and client services with a track record of improving revenue, profitability, and performance.
Before Joining Liberty Source, he served as vice president and general manager for Asurion, a leading provider of device insurance, warranty, and support services. Robert has held leadership roles with companies such as National Electronics Warranty, Stream international, Panasonic, and QVC. Complementing all of his commercial experience, as the son of a United States Navy captain, Robert understands and fully embraces the social mission and special culture the Liberty Source team is building.
Sarah W. Frey
Sarah has spent her career focusing on helping organizations improve their processes and performance. She joined Liberty Source in 2017 after working with Fortune 500 clients at a multinational, professional services consulting firm and with a non-profit health system. She’s passionate about sharing her expertise in workflow transformation, process automation, business readiness, and change management.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Process Management and Consulting from The College of William and Mary. After living in the DC metro area and Nevada, she returned to Hampton Roads as the spouse of a Navy officer.

Ashton joined Liberty Source in 2019 as the VP of Marketing. She brings extensive experience in creating brand recognition through integrated strategic marketing and communication campaigns. Prior to joining Liberty Source, she was a leader with a top technology market research firm. She ensured brand consistency across syndicated and custom research while leading a diverse editorial team.
As an active duty Marine Corps spouse, Ashton saw the need for and created a successful military lifestyle digital planning mobile application. The app, Organized Chaos, was created for military families to organize and streamline their chaotic lives. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and an MBA degree from Liberty University. Ashton also has expertise in strategic management, digital marketing automation, data analytics, and project management.
Amy joined Liberty-Source in 2019 as the VP of Human Resources. She offers 20 years of experience in various industries and in global, multi-state, multi-culture environments providing comprehensive services and solutions. She fosters an employee-centric culture and is an advocate for employees and leaders alike. She is motivated by building strong relationships to support an agile human resource infrastructure to accommodate the company’s growth by leveraging technology to provide better visibility, utilization, and development of the company’s talent pool and more effectively recruit, hire and onboard the best talent.
Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration. She is the daughter or a retired Air Force Pilot and was an Army military spouse for over 20 years which contributes to her passion for serving the military community and civilians both near and far.
